FREEHOLD, NJ – Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate was once again recognized by the Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey during its recent 12th annual Fabulous Achievements in Marketing Excellence (FAME) Awards celebration on Feb. 26.
Gloria Nilson & Co. received a FAME award for Best Associate Ad, Black and White.
In addition, the association recognized the following Gloria Nilson & Co. sales associates with its Million Dollar Sales Club Awards:
• Mario Venancio, in Rumson, for home sales of $14,861,712• Valerye Forrest, in Rumson, for home sales of $2,725,000• Michael Tarantul, Manalapan, for home sales of $1,634,700• Diane West, Ocean Township, for home sales of $2,950,492• JoAnn Stewart, Robbinsville, for homes sales of $3,437,977• Lou Ventre, Shrewsbury, for home sales of $2,993,043• Nancy Kenworthy, Mendham, for homes sales of $1,299,000
The association also recognized Cynthia Duvin and Suzanne Garfield with its Circle of Honor for $839,607 as well Linda Schwarz with Circle of Honor for $919,000. William Young was also recognized for $593,000 in new home sales.
