Originally from Houston, Texas, Pastorini earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston where she graduated magna cum laude. She moved to Colorado in 1991, where she lived and worked in the luxury mountain community of the Vail Valley before becoming a top producing, 15-year veteran broker in downtown Denver, earning herself the nickname “Downtown Dena,” in her real estate spheres.
An experienced ‘new projects’ broker, Pastorini was one of the first residents of the vibrant Riverfront Park neighborhood, the award-winning multi-use development along Commons Park below Union Station. There, she worked for the neighborhood developer, East West Partners; selling real estate in one of Denver’s most sought after neighborhoods. After her first year in sales, Pastorini was awarded the Silver Rookie of the Year Award by the Colorado Home Builders Association. She participated in over $500 million in new development sales from 2000 to 2010, and continues to succeed as a top producer in Riverfront Park.
In 2011, Pastorini expanded her real estate scope to include all Central Denver neighborhoods, participating in approximately $50 million in real estate sales. To manage her high real estate volume, Alicia Cavallaro, Pastorini’s executive assistant, has provided administrative support to the leading broker since 2013. In 2015, Pastorini joined LIV Sotheby's International Realty, where she will continue her status as one of downtown Denver’s most savvy realtors.
