SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Zephyr Real Estate has announced the sales awards for the fourth quarter of 2014.
Tim Gullicksen has again received the award for Highest Sales Volume at $18,760,000. Gullicksen, a consistent Top Producer with Zephyr, also ranks in America’s Top 1000 Real Estate Professionals. He is a former teacher with the San Jose School District and brings an educational and well-informed style to the real estate profession. Gullicksen works from Zephyr’s Pacific Heights Office.
The award for Largest Sale Representing Sellers was presented to Bonnie Spindler for a property sold for $4,600,000. Spindler, Zephyr’s “Victorian Specialist,” is a long-time Top Producer. She is also a long-time resident of San Francisco and resides in an 1893 Victorian home. She is very active in local political and cultural organizations. She works from the Upper Market Office
Suzy Reily received the honors for Largest Sale Representing Buyers, also at $4,600,000. She has over 20 years of experience in various aspects of the real estate industry, including renovations and new development. She excels in negotiations and problem-solving, though her greatest satisfaction comes from finding the perfect home for her clients. She also works from the Upper Market Office.
