The North Fulton office welcomes sales associates Kim Schott, Rick Lara and Sara Ead.
Raised in Pennsylvania, Kim Schott graduated with a B.F.A. in Interior Design from Marywood College. Prior to joining Harry Norman, REALTORS, Schott worked as a Space Planner and Designer in the corporate architectural field. She relocated to Georgia with her family and has resided in Cumming ever since. Schott’s approach to real estate is with dedication, integrity, and commitment to her client's best interests. She recognizes that every client has a unique situation and individual need and is committed to giving her client’s the edge in this challenging and ever-changing market and to make it an enjoyable process!
Newly licensed, Rick Lara has been Atlanta/Roswell resident for over 25 years and is exceedingly familiar with the city and its surrounding areas. As a former Atlanta luxury hotelier and Les Clefs d'Or member with IHG, Lara brings a wealth of Hospitality & Tourism industry experience to our dynamic team. A proven work ethic and dedication will again be a cornerstone of success in his newly chosen career with Harry Norman.
Sara Ead moved to North Fulton in 2011, and is no stranger to re-location! She has extensive sales and marketing experience having started her own children's clothing company; as well as a passion for education, and served as president of her school's parent organization. Ead wishes to extend the same warm welcome she received to newcomers of the North Fulton area. With four children of her own she understands the importance of living in a community with exceptional schools; parks, and recreational facilities; exactly what North Fulton has to offer!
