NEW YORK, NY - Stribling & Associates announces that three new agents have joined the company including former Director of Community Outreach under former NYC Council speaker Christine Quinn, Anthony Simone, and industry veterans Paul LeMarc Brown and Gina Castellano. Mr. Simone and Mr. Brown are based in Stribling’s Chelsea office at 320 West 23rd Street; Ms. Castellano has joined the Brooklyn office at 386 Atlantic Avenue.

Before making his foray into real estate, Mr. Simone enjoyed a lucrative career in New York City government, working for high-profile political campaigns. Prior to that, he worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. in Private Equity.
Mr. Brown brings more than 10 years of real estate experience to Stribling. His areas of expertise include townhouse, co-op, and condo sales, new development sales and rentals, brand launching, commercial leasing, and pro-forma budgeting. He is a graduate of Syracuse University, having studied information management and technology. He previously worked at Corcoran and Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
Ms. Castellano grew up in both Brooklyn and New Jersey, eventually settling in Park Slope where she is deeply rooted in her community. She possesses in-depth knowledge of Brownstone Brooklyn, specializing in neighborhoods from Downtown to Park Slope and beyond. Ms. Castellano joins Stribling from Corcoran.
