TRUCKEE, CA – Chase International has recognized Alison Elder as the Tahoe area Agent of the Year for 2014, making it the fourth consecutive time she has earned this prestigious title. She was also named the top listing agent in units and volume sold.
The awards are given out annually by Chase International and are based on sales, listings, and volume sold throughout 2014. Elder’s success can be attributed to her commitment to delivering high levels of client service, an extensive knowledge of the regional real estate market, and utilizing advertising and technology to maximize a listing’s potential.
Last year Elder sold 56 homes and listed 42 homes representing 103 total transactions while being involved in more than $65 million in sales. She also ranked the highest in volume, volume sold and overall outcome of real estate purchases or sales for a Chase International agent.
Beyond earning her company’s leading designation, Elder also landed a spot on the Best of Trulia for 2014 list for being in the top one percent of all agents on Trulia. This award recognizes agents based on 2014 sales and client reviews.
