Jo Ann Davenport (pictured left) will lend her 15-year track record of selling and leasing retail and office space in the area to head the new division of Resources.
Davenport, a member of the Monmouth County Board of Realtors Commercial Committee, says, “I specialize in restaurants and liquor license sales, and am proud to say I was responsible for the sales of The Downtown and The Little Kraut, both in Red Bank, as well as numerous multi-unit dwelling buildings. I have also worked with many investors, buyers and large investment groups and I am thrilled to bring my experience to Resources.”
