STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO - Jon Wade, broker/owner of Colorado Group Realty, was featured in the recent Steamboat Today article, “High-end residences drive $600 million in sales for 2014.” Jon shared insight on the Steamboat real estate market over the past few years and what changes he is seeing in the market now.
Wade said the residential market has changed throughout the past several years, and while he agreed that the sale of high-end properties is making a resurgence, he said that now builders will have to pay closer attention to design and “deliver an experience” to fetch top dollar sales.
