CUTCHOGUE, NY - Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, one of the nation’s leading realtors, recently appointed top producing agent Carol Szynaka sales manager with oversight for the organization’s four East End offices in Cutchogue, Mattituck, Greenport and Shelter Island on Long Island’s North Fork. Allison Mehan was named assistant manager. Veteran manager Carol Tintle will continue to oversee East End activities as Regional Manager. Daniel Gale Sotheby’s President and CEO Patricia Petersen made the announcement.

Carol Szynaka’s excellence in sales is well known on the East End. She is one of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s top producers overall and is a member of its prestigious Gold Circle of Excellence. Carol was top producing agent on the North Fork in 2013, and ranked third in 2014. Her sales career started in the fashion industry. She ultimately owned her own company, PC Knitwear, which was recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine in their Hot 100 Fastest Growing New Small Businesses in America (rated number 45). Carol was also honored at the NYC Mayor’s Office “Bridges to Success Luncheon” in the 25 Fastest Growing Privately-Held Firms category. Carol switched careers when she moved to the North Fork to raise her family, and joined Daniel Gale Sotheby’s as a sales person. She lives in Southold.
Allison Mehan is a licensed salesperson with Daniel Gale Sotheby’s, joining the organization in 2014. She previously was an office manager at CNYC Properties LLC., in New York. She lives in Cutchogue.
