David began his real estate career in 2001. His reputation is built on superior client relations, innovative marketing techniques, and an unwavering work ethic. David’s diligence and insight into each aspect of a real estate transaction, from the initial listing and marketing strategy to the successful close of escrow, offers peace of mind as well as a competitive edge.
David and DWB Estates has elected to join forces with deasy/penner&partners—a residential real estate brokerage with a concentration in estates, historic and architectural properties. As a Partner in the firm, David joins 100 like-minded agents, with offices in Santa Monica, Venice, Hancock Park and Pasadena.
Prior to real estate, David worked for QGS, a marketing force in the U.K. music industry. While working with QGS, he gained the knowledge and expertise in the areas of branding and marketing which ensure the success of his represented clientele.
David graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in political science. He played four years of division-one tennis for Oregon on scholarship and served as captain his senior year.
