1421778744DENVER, CO – Peter Niederman, Chief Executive Officer of Kentwood Real Estate, has been recognized as one of the 200 most powerful people in residential real estate for 2014/15 by the Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200), an annual list of the most powerful real estate leaders in North America. The SP200 is regarded as the most comprehensive list of influential CEOs, thought leaders and senior executives ever assembled in the residential real estate brokerage business.

The SP200 list stands as a milestone analysis of the multidisciplinary real estate industry and is released in a 52-page printed version and online at www.sp200.com. According to Stefan Swanepoel, Editor-in-Chief of the SP200, the list showcases the drivers in the industry…the ones making the biggest difference.

1421778985“Leadership is about enabling and empowering your team,” said Swanepoel online. “The SP200 is not a popularity contest…no pay-to-play, no old boys club, and no favors for friends.”

The rankings are based on multiple criteria that include the individual’s personal influence, his/her tenure in the industry, the office he or she holds, and the decision-making power of said office. Other criteria include the financial resources of the company or organization, the company’s contribution to the industry, the company’s geographic reach, and his/her recent activities, growth, and potential.
