DENVER, CO – Gretchen Rosenberg, Managing Broker of Kentwood Real Estate-Cherry Creek in Denver, has been appointed as 2015 National Association of Realtors (NAR) President’s Liaison to India. President’s Liaisons play a dynamic role in maintaining NAR’s partnerships with 81 national real estate associations in over 60 countries and are crucial in identifying other potential partners with whom NAR could work with to achieve the twin objectives of driving business to Realtors and generating income for NAR’s national programs.
“Gretchen’s position is vital to both NAR’s Global Alliance program and to her fellow Realtors,” said Chris Polychron, 2015 President of the NAR. “She will serve as the link between NAR and its Cooperating Association by maintaining a consistent exchange of communication. As a President’s Liaison, Gretchen becomes a member of the NAR’s Global Alliances Advisory Board. The position entails important responsibilities and proven experience by a dedicated, committed real estate professional, and we all look forward to working with Gretchen throughout the coming year.”

Rosenberg was named Realtor of the Year by the Denver Board of Realtors in 2009 and Broker Manager of the Year in 2012. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate business and was one of the founding agents of Kentwood Real Estate’s Cherry Creek office in 1998, becoming Managing Broker in 2006. Educated at the University of Denver, Rosenberg earned her bachelor’s degree in public affairs and international studies, and also holds her MBA in marketing. Originally from Southern California, she has called Denver home for 32 years.
