In his new role, Madsen will collaborate with buyer and seller clients from Hammond’s Chestnut Hill office located at 826 Boylston Street.

1418175049A New England native, Madsen is a longtime Boston resident who currently resides in Roslindale with his husband Chester Kozikowski III, who works at the Boston College Law School. He graduated with high honors from Newbury College in 2008, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. Active within the community, Madsen contributes his time supporting various organizations and volunteering. He sits on the board for the Interior Design Program at Newbury College, and he also serves on the Design Committee and leads the Holiday Lighting Committee for Roslindale Main Streets.

Madsen began his successful real estate career in 2010. Since then, he has become known as a unique resource within Greater Boston’s real estate community, as he combines his lifelong passion and appreciation for architecture with the experience of a professional interior designer. From staging properties for his seller clients, to unlocking a property’s hidden potential with his buyer clients, Madsen provides exceptional service to all.
