CORNELIUS, NC - For the eighth consecutive year, Lake Norman Realty has been honored as a top-ranked finalist in the Charlotte Business Journal's annual "Best Places to Work" contest. This year, the firm placed fifth among twenty finalists in the Mid-Sized Business category for the Charlotte Metro region. Lake Norman Realty’s President, Abigail Jennings, accepted the award at the Best Places to Work awards dinner held at the Charlotte Convention Center on Thursday, November 13th, 2014.
When asked about Lake Norman Realty’s consistent success in the “Best Places to Work” contest, Jennings credited her understanding of the value that her associates’ feedback provides for the company. “Our team is a compelling combination of motivation, leadership and character. We take pride in sharing the same goals, values and determination of improving ourselves individually as well as our team as a whole.
