SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Zephyr Real Estate recently announced its top sales achievers for the third quarter of 2014.
Deborah Nguyen received honors for the highest sales volume, coming in at $15.6 million. Nguyen joined Zephyr in 2006, is a consistent Top Producer, and has sold over $100 million in San Francisco real estate. A 1992 graduate of San Francisco State University in Business Administration, she has parlayed her education into a successful career in real estate.
The award for the Largest Sale Representing Sellers went to Tim Hawko for a $5.25 million property. Hawko, widely reputed to be San Francisco’s top probate broker for over 20 years, has successfully sold over 350 probate properties. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (CREB).
Michael Salstein earned the award for Largest Sale Representing Buyers on a $4.6 million dollar property. He is a consistent Top Producer and a broker associate. He has been a local resident since 1985 and is well known for his expertise on the neighborhoods of San Francisco.
All three award winners are from the Noe Valley office, and all are members of the San Francisco, California and National Associations of REALTORS®.
