Hughes, who works in the Atlantic Highlands office of Resources has been an Atlantic Highlands resident for the past 30 years and is an active member of the community, particularly the Atlantic Highlands Arts Council. An award-winning agent, Hughes has also achieved the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
