1413397390BOSTON, MA USA - The Walking Property Tour hosted by Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty at the 19th Annual Luxury Real Estate Fall Conference took place on Monday, October 6th in Boston, MA. The tour gave conference attendees a chance to explore three different properties in one of Boston's most expensive residential neighborhoods, Back Bay, as well as the opportunity to network before the start of the conference sessions.

The well-organized tour first led attendees to 130 Commonwealth Ave, currently one of Boston’s most expensive listings, and a prime example of the timeless elegance of 18th century Parisian architecture. A part of the famed "Commonwealth Sisters", the home’s beautifully carved limestone façade stands apart from its brownstone neighbors. The second property featured on the tour was located just two blocks away at 257 Commonwealth Avenue #5, on the historically significant sunny side street. Hallmarks of the two-level condo include two expansive terraces with magnificent river and skyline views.
