FRAMINGHAM, MA – Kathy Helliwell, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Framingham and Southborough offices, is pleased to announce that rental agent John Scileppi has affiliated with Hammond. In his new role, Scileppi will collaborate with clients from Hammond’s Framingham and Southborough offices, located at 161 Worcester Road and 3 East Main Street, respectively.
Scileppi attended Saint Anselm College as well as Harvard Business School, where he completed the PMD Executive Training program. He also served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. In his spare time, Scileppi oversees the John A. Scileppi Foundation, which was established in the name of his disabled son to aid and assist disabled children and adults, and he also served on the Board of Trustees of St. Anselm College for ten years
Prior to his career in real estate, Scileppi worked in the financial printing industry. After starting in sales, he went on to serve as Vice President and President of three major publicly-held companies. Over the past seven years, Scileppi has worked as a relocation agent for a New England real estate firm, where he helped transferees, prospective employees and corporate relocation clients secure housing. Having developed excellent relationships with many of Greater Boston’s real estate firms, managed apartment buildings and property managers, John is well-known for his knowledge of policies, amenities and rental types. He is skilled in guiding his clients through the real estate transaction process, and he prides himself on his ability to provide counseling and current market information to ensure that they are successfully placed. As a Hammond agent, he looks forward to representing Hammond landlords who are listing, marketing and renting properties, as well as Hammond clients who are searching for the best match to suit their rental needs.
