1410282220COLD SPRING HARBOR, NY - Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, one of the nation’s leading realtors, cut the ribbon on its first sales office in Queens Thursday, September 4. The Flushing office is located at 35-16B Francis Lewis Blvd. Daniel Gale Sotheby’s President and CEO Patricia Petersen made the announcement.

“This is a particularly exciting opening for Daniel Gale Sotheby’s, as we expand our presence into the outer boroughs of New York City,” said Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty President and CEO Patricia J. Petersen. “While we’re well known on Long Island for our real estate expertise and professionalism, we’ve been steadily growing our number of listings and transactions in Queens, so much so that it made sense to take the next step and establish a neighborhood sales office.”

“Queens is a vibrant and exciting place, with its many diverse communities attracting potential homeowners from Manhattan, Brooklyn and the world,” said veteran agent Donna Rubertone, who will lead the Flushing sales team as sales manager. “Queens is widely appealing to many people of all ages who at one time looked to Brooklyn as a place to live. We’re glad to be on the scene to help them buy, sell or rent.” As befits this diverse and growing borough, the office of 30 experienced agents represents many cultures and collectively speaks languages that include Arabic, Greek, Italian, Mandarin, Croatian, Taiwanese and Fuzhounese.
