Hughes, who works in the Atlantic Highlands office of Resources, has been an Atlantic Highlands resident for the past 30 years and an active member of the community, particularly the Atlantic Highlands Arts Council. An award-winning agent, Hughes has also achieved the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).

Goodman was acknowledged with the Team Spirit award for his work in support of the company’s marketing efforts in Monmouth Beach. Goodman, a lifelong New Jersey resident, grew up in eastern Monmouth County.
