The evaluation criteria used to rank the brokers included the number of transactions for both individuals and teams, as well as by sales volume for both individuals and teams.Premier Estate Properties’ brokers/owners were ranked 33 among the top team by volume released in The Wall Street Journal in 2006.Premier Estate Properties is also proud to report that the firm dominated the luxury marketplace in the fourth quarter of 2006, (selling more properties worth more than $1 million than all other companies) from South Palm Beach County to Ft. Lauderdale in Broward County.
