Washington Fine Properties Agents Ranked in Top 250 by Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends

1403891213WASHINGTON, D.C. – Washington Fine Properties (WFP), the leading luxury real estate brokerage in the Nation’s Capital Region, is proud to announce that several of its agents and teams ranked among the top 250 in the 2014 Top Thousand report, an annual national awards ranking by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends.

The Top Thousand designees are recognized as the top one half of one percent of more than 963,000 licensed REALTORS® nationwide. The report ranks residential real estate agents and teams into four categories: Top 250 Individual Agents by Sales Volume, Top 250 Individual Agents by Transaction Sides, Top 250 Agent Teams by Sales Volume and Top 250 Agent Teams by Transaction Sides.

For the third year in a row, WFP agents Nancy Taylor Bubes and Mark McFadden ranked among the Top 250 Individual Agents by Sales Volume in the nation. Ted Gossett also earned a top spot on the list.

Ranking among Top 250 Agent Teams by Sales Volume in the nation was the Marianne Prendergast team, the team of Ellen Morrell, Matthew McCormick and Ben Roth, and the team of William F. X. Moody, Robert Hryniewicki and Adam Rackliffe. All three teams have made perennial appearances on the list since the ranking system was first established.

Washington Fine Properties continues to lead the Capital Region in luxury sales activity, as its team of top-producing agents recently earned the firm the #1 nationwide ranking by REAL Trends for having the highest average sales price of $1.3 million.
