Kentwood Real Estate Garners Prestigious Awards During the 36th Annual Realtor Roundtable of Excellence Event

1397152903DENVER, CO – Kentwood Real Estate garnered numerous prestigious awards during the Denver Metro Association of Realtors’ (DMAR) 36th Annual Realtor Roundtable Awards of Excellence celebration held Thursday, April 3, 2014 at the Infinity Park Event Center in Glendale. More than 720 brokers, team members, managing brokers, company owners and their families gathered to honor real estate professionals for their accomplishments in 2013, and Kentwood Real Estate was among the most awarded companies at the event.

Kentwood Real Estate’s DTC office was recognized as DMAR’s top producing office in the 51-100 agent category with total sales volume of nearly $972 million. The coveted award was accepted by Luisa Staerkel, Managing Broker of The Kentwood Company in the Denver Tech Center.

Additional honorees from Kentwood’s DTC office were Gina Lorenzen, top individual agent in total sales volume; Christy Owen, No. 3 in total sales volume; Chuck Gargotto, No. 7 on total volume; and Dotson Skaggs, No. 10 in total production for 2013. Award-winning teams from the DTC office were the Sandy Weigand Team at No. 5 in total sales production, and the Larry Hotz Team at No. 7 in total sales volume among all DMAR member teams.

Kentwood City Properties in Central Denver was honored with the No. 2 award in total real estate sales volume for offices with between 51-100 agents with a total of $667 million, bettered only by Kentwood’s DTC office. Top individuals award recipients in total sales volume at Kentwood City were Peter Blank at No. 5 and Jim Rhye at No. 6. Kentwood City Properties had nine individual brokers recognized for sales volume of $20 million or more in 2013 and 14 brokers in the $15-20 million category.

The Kentwood Company at Cherry Creek ranked No. 4 among all DMAR member offices in the 51-100 agent category with total sales volume of more than $500 million. Last year, Kentwood’s Cherry Creek office boasted eight teams with more than $13 million in total sales volume and 10 individuals with more than $10 million in sales volume, which is a truly dynamic performance by this strategically located office.

Kentwood Real Estate garnered three of the top four spots in total sales volume in the 51-100 agent office category. A total of 60 Kentwood agents were recognized for excellence in their respective categories. It was a performance that was unmatched by any other company affiliated with the Denver Metro Association of Realtors.
