LOUISVILLE, KY - Kentucky Select Properties, the top selling, 100% locally-owned and independent real estate company in Louisville, will have two agents appear on TLC’s hit show “My First Home” this Spring. Judy Gordon and Carrie King, who have been agents with Kentucky Select for 9 and 7 years respectively, will be on the May 17th and 24th episodes.
Following first-time buyers as they purchase a house and make renovations and repairs, “My First Home” has been a feature show on TLC since 2007.
Gordon and King were contacted last year and asked to audition for the Louisville edition, and both were ultimately chosen from the pool of applicants. Gordon was actually working with her best friend’s daughter at the time, in the Lyndon area. Said Gordon, “I have known this particular client since the day she was born and was thrilled to help her find her first home and have it documented in this unique way.”
King’s buyers were looking in Shelbyville, which is where viewers will ultimately see them buy a home. “I had such a good time doing this show and was especially excited to show the great value of home-buying in Louisville and the surrounding areas,” said King.
