The home, situated on a trophy promontory with sweeping views of Downtown Los Angeles, Century City and the Pacific, attracted 14 all-cash offers.
The achievement demonstrates both the marketing prowess of the Aaroe Estates division and Kirman’s renowned negotiating skills. According to the celebrity agent, the sale is also a dramatic reflection of the intense demand for homes in the Hollywood Hills. “Anything with a view is going to inspire heated competition,” Kirman says.
This in-house sale reflects the growing momentum of the firm, says company founder and president John Aaroe. “Following the appointment of Steve Lewis as manager of our Beverly Hills in January, the office has attracted over 25 experienced agents in the last 45 days. The home was owned by the late Robert R.
