CARMEL, CA - The historic waterfront property, known as the Chappellet Estate, has been sold for $16.5 million, with agents from Carmel Realty Company representing both the buyer and seller.
After being on the market for nearly a decade with a different real estate firm, Carmel Realty Company closed escrow on the Chappellet Estate in just twenty-nine days.
