Sun Isle Realty Inc. Sells Famous California Mansion for $12.75 million

Scott Aurich, the owner and broker of Sun Isle Realty Inc. in Coronado, Calif., represented the sellers on the sale of one of the most historically significant properties in Southern California , the Spreckels' Mansion.The home, which sold for $12,750,000, is located on Ocean Boulevard only a few steps from the world famous Hotel Del Coronado. This mansion was designed by renowned architect, Harrison Albright for the sugar magnate and developer of Coronado Island , John D.
