Maryanne brings many successful years of real estate sales and marketing experience, having most recently spent 12 years as a real estate sales associate in Milltown, serving clients throughout Middlesex and surrounding counties.

Stout has been an active volunteer with many organizations including the Interfaith Network of Care and St. Paul’s Church. She is a past Board of Education member in Milltown and has been involved with fundraising for Milltown and Spotswood schools. Maryanne is a longtime resident of Milltown where she resides with her husband and son.
