Colorado Group Realty Awards Outstanding Brokers of 2013

The Rising Star award is given to a broker who is new to Colorado Group Realty and has made an outstanding contribution to the company in a short period of time. This year’s recipient is Nancy Westphale. “It’s been a true pleasure working with Nancy this past year. Her commitment to serving her customers along with her tireless work ethic have proven contagious. Nancy truly had a breakout year in 2013.” said Randall Hannaway, Broker/Owner.

The Top Producer award was presented to Nick Metzler. This is the seventh time Nick has received this award. “The firm is fortunate to have an individual like Nick on board,” said Lori Thompson, Broker/Owner, adding “not only for the contribution he makes as a top-producing agent, but as an agent that sets the standard for teamwork and client service.” Nick stated the support staff at CGR has a lot to do with the continued success. “In particular, my teammates, Kelly Becker, Bert Svendsen and Michelle Barnes, take the team to a higher level of skill and expertise for the benefit of each personal client.”

The Broker of the Year award went to Eliese Pivarnik. The honor is bestowed upon an individual who makes superior contributions of their time, energy and efforts. ”Along with having an outstanding production year, Eliese has given countless hours to help make Colorado Group Realty a better place for all brokers, employees and clients. She is always there for the other brokers in our company when help and guidance is needed.” said Shelley Stanford, Broker/Owner.
