John McMonigle Named Top-Selling Agent in the U.S. by Coldwell Banker

Parsippany, NJ (March, 2005) — Coldwell Banker announced its number-one sales agent in the entire nation for 2004: Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate Member John McMonigle of Newport Beach, California. To achieve this distinction, McMonigle sold over $201 million in residential real estate in 2004. The news was released at Coldwell Banker’s annual International Business Conference in Orlando, Florida, which brought more than 8,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates, brokers, managers, and employees together for an intensive professional development program and awards ceremony.

In the past three years, McMonigle has sold more than half a billion dollars’ worth of real estate in Coastal Orange County, California – the luxurious coastal residential communities and resort towns most recently made famous by “The O.C.” He has consistently been a leader in this competitive and complex marketplace and was a partner in founding the area’s most successful boutique real estate firm – Strada Properties – in late 2000. Coldwell Banker purchased Strada Properties in late 2003.
