John McMonigle Named Top-Selling Agent in the U.S. by Coldwell Banker

Parsippany, NJ (March, 2005) — Coldwell Banker announced its number-one sales agent in the entire nation for 2004: Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate Member John McMonigle of Newport Beach, California. To achieve this distinction, McMonigle sold over $201 million in residential real estate in 2004. The news was released at Coldwell Banker’s annual International Business Conference in Orlando, Florida, which brought more than 8,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates, brokers, managers, and employees together for an intensive professional development program and awards ceremony.

Coldwell Banker purchased Strada Properties in late 2003.
