1387484894SUNRISE, FL – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, the new real estate brokerage network operated by HSF Affiliates LLC, today announced that Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty has broadened its reach in Orlando with acquisition of Windermere-based Main Street Realty International. The transaction adds an office, more than 60 sales professionals and employees plus leasing, financing and title-services operations. Terms were not disclosed.

The transaction represents the next step in Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty’s ongoing growth strategy following last month’s acquisition of Elite Preferred Realty. It fortifies the brokerage’s presence in Orlando’s percolating high-end and resort markets.
