The sales were written in Eagle and Summit Counties , and included a single home sales record in Bachelor Gulch for a home that sold for over $14 million.Slifer Smith and Frampton’s Eagle County division had a record breaking $336 million in new written sales and the Summit County division had $45 million. These are both the highest volume of new written sales for a single month in each county for Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate.“Both Eagle and Summit Counties are continuing to maintain a record pace for real estate sales, a pace that began more than two years ago,” said Jim Flaum President and Managing Broker of Slifer Smith & Frampton. “Obviously, we’re very proud of our company and our team, but all of us understand that experiencing the mountain lifestyle is now more desirable than ever. As a result of record setting sales, Flaum also points out that available inventory is beginning to level off.
