LOUISVILLE, KY - With the recent closing of a historic property on Avish Lane, Kentucky Select Properties became the first Louisville real estate company ever to close four separate residential real estate transactions of $3 million-plus in one year. The other sales were for homes on Sulgrave Road near Cherokee Park, River Hill Road in Indian Hills, and Glenview Avenue in the Glenview neighborhood near River Road.
Prior to the four sold by Kentucky Select Properties in 2013, only 10 other residential properties have sold for $3 million or more and been recorded on the Louisville Multiple Listing Service (MLS) since the service began tracking sales data in 1997.
In addition to the four sales of $3 million-plus, Kentucky Select Properties has closed on 20 other transactions of $1 million-plus this year, giving the company a total of 24 transactions of $1 million-plus thus far in 2013. The next highest number of closed $1 million-plus transactions in 2013 for any other company in the Louisville market is 12.
