Licensed since 2004, Kylie spent two years assisting FSIR’s top producing Wolfe Group before serving 4.5 years as assistant to FSIR’s longtime top producing broker Anne Dresser Kocur – both of which have served her well. Kylie has already managed to transact sixteen sold listings since May of 2013 when she decided to embark on her own.

1383846701“Kylie Russell’s dedication, enthusiasm and persistence are demonstrated in every transaction she touches. We have enjoyed having her on staff over the years and are now thrilled to welcome her on board as a broker,” said Scott Webber, president, Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty.

Kylie began her real estate career immediately after graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in Business Marketing and Real Estate in 2003. Since, she has been cultivating an impressive portfolio by working for some of the most successful and well-respected real estate professionals in Denver. Her unparalleled knowledge in all aspects of real estate from inspections to negotiations has provided her with an adept sense of Denver area neighborhoods and price ranges.

Today, Kylie has quickly earned a reputation for providing excellent customer service by keeping clients informed throughout the entire sales process. Putting the needs of her buyers and sellers first, Kylie is able to produce optimal outcomes and generate quality referrals. Just ask clients Damon and Leslie Cook who purchased a home in the University Hills neighborhood, amidst a market comprised of bidding wars and little to no inventory.

“You will find no other real estate broker in the Denver market like Kylie Russell,” said the Cooks. “Kylie repeatedly exceeded our expectations throughout the home buying process. She was raised in Denver and knows this city like the back of her hand, which was extremely valuable when trying to determine areas to evaluate for our future home. Kylie’s dedication and expertise made it an easy process for us…no stress. Kylie is also a fun-loving individual with a heart of gold. She has the ability to make you feel special, like you are her main priority. She enjoys her work and it shows. We look forward to working together again in the future.”

When she is not actively selling real estate, Kylie enjoys frequenting local restaurants, farmers markets, local theatre, and finding one-of-a-kind pieces with the help of her interior designer – also known as Mom. An avid traveler, skier, sailor, and an experienced scuba diver, book club member and aspiring truffle hunter, Kylie’s interests are as diverse as her clientele and extensive as her breadth of real estate knowledge. Kylie lives in Platt Park with her husband Jesse and treasured labradoodle Cormack. She and her husband are active members of the DU Alumni Association, where her husband earned his MBA.
