1383156469BRECKENRIDGE, COLORADO – Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty (FSIR), a leader in the sale and purchase of luxury residences throughout Colorado, is pleased to announce Ten Peaks Sotheby’s International Realty in Breckenridge has joined Fuller Sotheby’s Front Range operations.

Formerly owned by husband and wife team Scott and Lori Mitchell, Ten Peaks Sotheby’s International Realty will now do business as Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty. The Mitchell’s will continue to play a major role in the Breckenridge office, while embracing FSIR’s comprehensive marketing systems, established web presence, and large-scale local networking opportunities.

“The Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty affiliation will strengthen our presence in Breckenridge and provide access to tremendous resources in marketing, technology, and staff support, allowing us to better serve our Breckenridge clients,” said Scott Mitchell.

FSIR’s widely successful Denver metro operations are attributed in part to attracting the highest quality agents from around the country, as well as maintaining an exceptional, full-service, in-house marketing department and unparalleled support staff. Building upon this momentum, FSIR’s presence in the Breckenridge real estate market demonstrates an even greater level of commitment to Summit County and surrounding resort communities.

“Establishing offices in Beaver Creek, Edwards, and now Breckenridge, demonstrates Fuller Sotheby’s commitment to servicing mountain properties in both Summit and Eagle Counties. Our expansion allows us to provide unparalleled service and expertise to clientele along the I-70 Corridor, while maximizing our Front Range connections. This will be a mutually beneficial operation and we are thrilled at the partnership,” says Dan Fitchett, managing broker, FSIR Edwards and Breckenridge offices.

A large percentage of FSIR’s metro Denver clients, and referrals from the Sotheby’s global network, are second homebuyers. Securing the additional location in Breckenridge will provide much needed resort market expertise to a wide range of buyers and sellers.

“Our concentrated effort to effectively penetrate the Summit County housing market and increase market share is coupled with attracting the talent and expertise of the Ten Peaks Sotheby’s International Realty brokers,” says Scott Webber, president, Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty.

FSIR’s well-established Denver metro offices will play a supporting role in the effort to revitalize and grow the firm’s position in the Breckenridge market. For more information on how to become part of the Breckenridge offices Dan Fitchett at 970-471-1208.
