(LAKE TAHOE, Nevada) – Based on independent data recently compiled from the various Lake Tahoe Regional MLS (Multiple Listing Service), Chase International is head and shoulders above all other competing real estate firms in the area in a number of residential transaction categories. According to the statistics complied from the Tahoe Sierra Association of Realtors, Incline Village Board of Realtors and Northern Nevada Board of Realtors MLS, Chase International conducted 59 percent of Lake Tahoe’s property sales (single-family homes) over $10 million and 27 percent over $5 million.
