John R. Wood Realtors welcomes Jill Kushner to its Bonita Springs office as a sales associate. Previously from Minnesota, Kushner has been a licensed Realtor since 1996 and worked in broadcasting for NBC-2 and ABC-7 prior to real estate. Prior to joining John R. Wood Realtors, Kushner was a 2013 top selling agent for Downing-Frye and a 2011-2013 Golden Bear Award Recipient. She is currently a member of the Bonita Springs-Estero Association of REALTORS (BEAR).

John R. Wood Realtors welcomes Robert Kapish to its North Naples office as a sales associate. Previously from Ft. Lauderdale, Kapish is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton, and holds a B.A. Degree in Sociology/Psychology. Previous to joining the real estate industry in 2013 as a licensed real estate agent, Kapish worked in retail as a Vice President and Store Manager for Macy’s for 27 years. He is a 2013 Board Member of the Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS (NABOR). He also previously served with the United Way.

Previously a resident of California and Maryland, Zouck attended the University of Maryland and Loyola College and holds a B.A. in Economics and a MBA in Finance. Zouck is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS (NABOR).

John R. Wood Realtors welcomes Lynne Hancock to its North Naples office as a sales associate. Hancock is a graduate of Stetson University and the University of South Florida, and holds a B.S. Degree in Psychology and a certificate in teaching. Hancock is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS (NABOR).

John R. Wood Realtors welcomes Corey Wayland to its Bonita Springs office as a sales associate. Previously from Lubbock, Texas, Wayland is a graduate of South Plains College and Texas Tech University. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Wayland worked in banking, property management, sales and purchasing. Wayland earned his real estate sales associate license in 2006.

John R. Wood Realtors welcomes Stacey Healy-Dooney to its Central office as a sales associate and part of the Samuel Team. Previously from New Jersey, Healy-Dooney attended the Ramapo College of New Jersey and Hodges University, and holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Prior to real estate, Healy-Dooney worked in sales for corporate health and wellness benefit plans. She is a Guild member of the Children’s Museum, an Optimist soccer coach, and served as the Chair of the Pelican Marsh Elementary Family Fun Night.
