BEVERLY HILLS, CA - Bob Hurwitz of Hurwitz-James Company recently flipped Michael Strahan and fiancée Nicole Murphy’s Bel Air home he sold them last year for $7,800,000 for $11,000,000 cash in a one week escrow. Bob had sold Michael and Nicole’s previous house last year in Brentwood for $6,200,000 to buyers from Hong Kong only a year after they bought it for $5,000,000. This Bel Air property was an older Mediterranean style home on a view lot they planned to tear down and build new.
Michael and Nicole had no intention of selling the Bel Air property and already had plans to build their dream home but the unsolicited offer was too good to refuse.
