1379630679MIAMI, FL - Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker Previews International recently sold the Versace Mansion, also known as Casa Casuarina, at auction for $41,500,000. The buyer of this illustrious estate Joe Nakash, whose family owns the Jordache denim brand, plans on turning the mansion into a boutique hotel.

Casa Casuarina features extravagant amenities such as a 54-foot mosaic pool lined with 24-karat gold, an observatory, hand-painted walls, and fresco-adorned ceilings. The home also boasts a library, media and recreation room, home office, marble floors, and oceanfront views.
