1378917635Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty (FSIR) a leader in the sale and purchase of luxury residences throughout Colorado, is pleased to announce Scott Bernard as the newest addition to the Edwards, Colorado office in Vail. Bernard, a longtime FSIR broker associate, will continue to office out of FSIR’s Cherry Creek North location as well as the Edwards office, in order to maximize his Front Range connections with clientele in the Vail Valley.

1378917910“40% of Vail Valley property owners have their primary residence along the Front Range,” says Bernard. “My ability to maximize our buying and selling potential across the Front Range and Vail Valley is a unique concept that rarely exists to brokers, and affords our clients even greater exposure and service. This is only made possible when a real estate brokerage like Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty has ownership in offices throughout multiple geographic areas.”

A 20-plus-year veteran of the hospitality and housing industries, Bernard has widespread global and local sales knowledge. His extensive work in the Vail Valley stretches from Vail Cascade Resort & Spa where he served as a national sales manager, to an extraordinary business base of relationships with companies like Manor Vail Lodge and Landmark – extensions of the Vail Cascade network. His deep understanding of condominium and home ownership in Cascade Village offers his clients insider knowledge of the financial benefits and lifestyle conveniences the Vail Valley location affords.

“Scott Bernard brings an enthusiasm and strong negotiating background that will no doubt produce remarkable opportunities for our clients in Beaver Creek and Vail,” said Dan Fitchett, managing broker of FSIR’s Beaver Creek/Edwards office.
