Thousands of golf enthusiasts gathered at Colorado Golf Club August 13-18th to watch the 2013 Solheim Cup – a biennial, trans-Atlantic team match-play competition featuring the best U.S.-born players from the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) Tour and the best European members from the Ladies European Tour (LET). This edge-of-your-seat women’s-only competition brought world-class golf to Colorado Golf Club in Parker, and resulted in the European team achieving their first ever win on U.S. soil. Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty (FSIR), exclusive marketer of Colorado Golf Club real estate, served as a proud sponsor of the tournament. Building upon the success of this globally recognized event, FSIR has seen a notable surge in real estate inquiries for Colorado Golf Club, particularly for available Betts Lake home sites. Several homes are at various stages of the design process and custom lots are going fast.
“We are very pleased with the amount of exposure the tournament has generated for Colorado Golf Club real estate and are even more excited to see an uptick in showings,” says Scot Bliss, FSIR broker. “Being able to showcase the community on such a huge platform as the LPGA was a huge win for us. Not only were we able to support the professional golfers, but also give spectators and homebuyers a taste of the extraordinary golf lifestyle here at Colorado Golf Club. “
With some of the busiest home buying and selling months of the year approaching, FSIR is gearing up for a robust third quarter finish. Colorado Golf Club lots from $310,000 – $1,350,000, custom homes from $2,000,000-$6,000,000 and Betts Lake homes with four main floor master plans from $895,000-$1,500,000.
