Stacey Barnett joins Lake Norman Realty’s sales team as a licensed real estate professional with an extensive background in sales, marketing, and home staging. Before beginning her real estate career, Barnett owned and operated two full-service salons in Texas and Arkansas for sixteen years. She has attended the Superior School of Real Estate in Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as Arkansas State University. Barnett truly enjoys being able to help make the dreams of her clients come true through home-ownership. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge and unwavering work ethic with her future clients. Although Barnett has only lived in the Lake Norman area since July of 2012, she feels right at home. Nathalie Fabbricatore joins Lake Norman Realty’s sales team as a licensed real estate professional with a background in business and telecommunications. She is also the Principal/Owner of Influent Holding Investment Company. Fabbricatore holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from the Southern New Hampshire University. She has previously lived in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, but moved to the Lake Norman area ten years ago. Fabbricatore now resides in Cornelius with her husband, Thomas, and their three children, Liana (16), Nicolas (15), and Nathan (15). Ryan Kotis joins Lake Norman Realty’s sales team as a licensed real estate professional who exhibits a lifelong passion for the industry. Kotis holds a Master’s in Health Administration from Pfeiffer University and Business Management undergraduate degree from Kent State University. Kotis was a former Director at CHS, Project Manager for IDG, and most recently worked for his family’s dental practice in Statesville, Kotis Family Dentistry. He was born and raised in Ohio and has also lived in South Carolina and New York. Currently, Kotis and his wife, Amanda, and their son, Tucker (4), reside in Mooresville and have lived in the Lake Norman area for eight years. Toleah Poplin joins Lake Norman Realty as an associate licensed by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. Poplin is a North Carolina native and has resided in the Lake Norman area since 1995. Poplin has an extensive background in medical office management and administrative work.
