Kentwood City Brokers Announce Bike and Walking Tours of Stapleton, Downtown Denver on September 8th

1378225168DENVER – Broker Associates with Kentwood City Properties have announced cycling and walking tours of distinctive properties in the master-planned Stapleton community and in downtown Denver for Sunday, September 8, 2013.

Christine Nicholson and Lea Van Schaack will host a walking tour of multiple residences in Denver’s LoDo, Ballpark, and Riverfront neighborhoods from 1:00-4:00 p.m. on September 8th.  Participants will meet at the Kentwood City Properties office at 17th and Wynkoop. A variety of homes in various styles, sizes and price ranges will be showcased on the tour. Attendees will also enjoy a brief overview of Denver’s bike sharing program, including how it operates and bike station locations.

Stacy and Alex Neir of The Neir Team at Kentwood City Properties will host the second annual Stapleton Bike Tour at 10:00 a.m. on September 8th. Participants will meet at the Cycleton bicycle shop at 7480 E. 29th Avenue. During the tour, attendees will learn more about the Stapleton neighborhood, including home values, new home construction, and the fabulous amenities that characterize the Stapleton neighborhood.
