John R. Wood Realtors welcomes Lisa M. Rizk to its Bonita Springs office as a licensed broker associate. Originally from Atlanta, Rizk attended the University of Georgia, earning a BBA in Management Science and Information Technology, and International Business. In real estate since 1982 and relocating to Naples in 1995, Rizk held Broker and Realtor positions at Gwinnett-DeKalb Realty, Atrix Realty Inc. and Naples Development Group, Inc. She is also a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR) and is a volunteer coordinator for the Humane Society of Naples Shop for the Paws Program.

John R. Wood Realtors welcomes Margaret R. Semrad to its North Naples office as a licensed sales associate. Originally from Barrington, Illinois, Semrad attended Seton Hall University, Rutgers, and Harper College, earning a BS in Business and a real estate broker/sales license. Semrad is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR) and has held additional positions, including the President of the Barrington Association of Realtors and the Director of the Village of Barrington Chamber of Commerce.

Rome, China, New Orleans and Nicaragua, Segar attended the American University of Rome and George Mason University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and studied abroad. Segar is also a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR).

John R. Wood Realtors welcomes Terrilyn VanGorder to its Bonita Springs office as a licensed broker associate with ABR, SFR, SDPE and CSP designations. Hailing from Atlanta, VanGorder previously worked in multimedia and animation for builders and developers. VanGorder is also a 2013 5-Star Professional, a member of the Multiple Million Dollar Circle, and a 2013 Sales and Marketing Council Chair for Collier County. VanGorder is also a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR).

John R. Wood Realtors welcomes Jacquelyn Smith to its Bonita Springs office as a licensed sales associate, part of the Sharon Grabau Real Estate Team. From Fairfield, CT and Chesapeake, VA, Smith attended the University of Rhode Island, earning a BS in Geology. Prior to real estate, Smith worked as an environmental consultant. Smith is also a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR).

John R. Wood Realtors welcomes Michael J. Paldino to its Bonita Springs office as a licensed sales associate, part of the Morton Real Estate Team. Previously living in Harrison, NY, Paldino worked as a Senior Systems Engineer and sold computer storage to Walls Street banks and Securities firms. Paldino was named Volunteer of the Year for his work within Little League as a volunteer coach and treasurer. He is also a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

John R. Wood Realtors welcomes Tom Scholton to its North Naples office as a licensed sales associate, part of the Mindy Young Real Estate Team. Previously from Chicago, Scholton was a member of the Local 701 Chapter of the Local Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and holds a General Contractor’s license. Scholton has built homes in The Moorings, Park Shore, Royal Harbour, and is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR).

From West Bloomfield, MI, Skelton attended Cleary University and the University of Michigan, earning an Associate’s Degree in Business, as well as GRI and CRS designations. Skelton is a life and Realtor Emeritus member of the Michigan Association of Realtors (RPAC), and is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR).
