The San Francisco real estate market is incredibly hot. In many neighborhoods, prices have surpassed previous highs not seen since 2007. Comparable prices of just eight weeks ago may no longer apply. Homes continue to sell over their asking prices, with multiple offers, often for all-cash.

Travis Hale has been in real estate for more than eight years, Maria Morgan for more than 17 years and Sheri Mitchell earned her real estate license in 1986, during the summer of her junior year at Stanford University. All three agents are located at Hill & Co.’s 1880 Lombard Street office.
