Michael May Michael has lived in SW Florida since 1988, with a family legacy here dating back to the mid-1800’s. Originally from New Jersey, he has over 20 years in the mortgage and real estate industries, including 12 years as a Mortgage Brokerage Business Owner in the Naples/Bonita Springs market, and with dual-licensure, sold and financed many real estate transactions.
Kathy Mahoney Kathy obtained her real estate license in 1999 and joined the Bonita Springs office of Coldwell Banker in 2000 where she achieved the designations of Previews Property Specialist and e-Pro. Kathy moved to Pelican Bay as a year round resident in 2000 having been a ‘snow bird’ for the previous 5 years.
