Nearly 1,000 attendees and 50 sponsors to join leading brokerage at second annual convention and awards ceremony

COLUMBUS, OHIO - (January, 2005) - Real Living, Inc., the fifth largest residential real estate firm in the nation, is kicking off the new year by setting sail for the Bahamas to celebrate Momentum 2005, its second annual Convention + Awards Ceremony, which this year is supported by more than 50 corporate sponsors. Nearly 1,000 attendees will cast away with Real Living, Jan. 20 - 24, aboard the Carnival Celebration cruise ship, which will depart from Jacksonville, Fla.

According to Harley E. Rouda Jr., CEO and managing partner of Real Living, the event's major sponsors are Real Living Mortgage, Real Living Title Agency, The Plain Dealer, Harmon Homes Publishing Co., Artina Promotional Products, Central Soft Water and American Home Shield.

"We're fortunate to partner with a variety of outstanding consultants and service firms who are truly committed to the success of Real Living agents," said Rouda. "We're very grateful for the generous support of our corporate sponsors - and we join them in celebrating another outstanding year with our agents, managers and Network Partners."

Brad Inman, founder of Inman News, will join Real Living for the event, serving as keynote speaker at Momentum 2005's general session. More than 50 hours of continuing education and professional development courses will also be available to agents during the cruise.

"Real Living University has planned professional development and CE courses throughout the trip, so there's something for everyone," said Rouda. "Morning, noon and night, agents can enjoy fun in the sun or in the shade - while they're developing their professional skill sets. We also look forward to a great Awards Night - when we can truly recognize the extraordinary accomplishments of our agents-the best, most productive agents in the business! It will be a great event, and I'm looking forward to delivering another great experience to our attendees."

Rouda explained that agent and manager recognition will also be a key attraction to Momentum 2005 - as the firm presents awards for sales, affiliated service support, agent and office-level accomplishments. He suggests that firms or individuals interested in sponsoring or attending Momentum 2006 can do so by sending inquiries to momentum2005@realliving.com.
