Shumway is a lifelong Naples resident with real estate in his blood. Following in his father's footsteps, a Naples real estate developer, Chip has had a lifelong love of Naples luxury real estate and the development of Collier county. A resident of Aqualane Shores since 1997, Chip owned and operated several successful restaurants on trendy 5th Avenue South. An avid outdoorsman, boater and sailor with a passion for Naples and great food and wine, Shumway is driven to provide clients the finer aspects of what Naples has to offer.
Tricia Raynor grew up in South Carolina and has a bachelor of science degree in chemistry from Presbyterian College. After completing graduate work under full stipend in biochemistry at Georgia Tech, her desire to engage with people brought her out of the labs and into a successful career in the wine industry where she spent nearly a decade selling wine to many of Manhattan’s top restaurants. Raynor moved with her family from New York City to Naples in 2006. Tricia and her husband, Ryan, a Naples native, have three children who attend Seagate Elementary and Moorings Preschool.
