This new role is an expansion of her current duties, as Debra is also a Director of DGSIR’s Business Development program, a grass roots agent-led mentoring program. Under her tutelage, the sales production of program participants has increased by 183%. A top selling agent in her own right, Debra is a charter member of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty’s exclusive Gold Circle of Excellence and is also one of a very few who have been honored with a place in the Daniel Gale Hall of Fame.
