Leah Alfieri Leah Alfieri began her real estate career in 1981 and has been consistently recognized as an industry leader. She is a graduate of Northwestern University and attended The Harrington School of Design. Leah’s primary goal is to assist buyers and sellers successfully achieve their real estate goals and have them enjoy the experience along the way. Prior to finding her home at Royal Shell, Leah most recently worked in the Bonita Springs office of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.
Gary Ryan Gary Ryan, formerly of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Bonita Springs, has been a licensed Realtor in both Illinois and Florida since 2005. In Chicago Gary worked in the “Gold Coast” office of Sudler Sotheby’s Real Estate. He has won numerous sales awards over the years in each of his assignments. Gary’s real estate certifications include: GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), ePro (effective use of real estate technology) and CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist).
